Supercheap Auto Employee in Viral Pram Video Stood Down as Incident Reviewed

May 09, 2022

A new development occurred in a dramatic Supercheap Auto incident, where a worker and a woman battled over a stroller.

A Gold Coast store employee has been filmed attempting to grab a pram holding a blanket outside the shop. He accused the woman in the pram of stealing from the business and threatened to call the cops before she screamed, “let my baby go.”

When they both tried to grip the pram, a box was knocked to the ground from beneath the blanket and the lady said, “You may have the f*** rotor mate.”

The employee has, however, been stood down while the matter is investigated, according to Gold Coast Bulletin.

A spokesperson from SuperCheap Auto said that a review was commonplace practice “after an event of this magnitude.” “We are committed to the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers and team members at all times,” he continued.

“As we are continuing to co-operate with police on this matter, it would not be appropriate to make further comment at this time.”
